Main Street

This 1946 house had what appeared to be a kitchen original to the house. Our clients wanted a simple kitchen that is functional and would add value to their home. The space turned out to be very refreshing and inviting.

The kitchen cabinets are in white thermofoil with a stunning Bianco Carrara backsplash tiles. They were laid in herringbone pattern to add some interest and to complement the flat cabinet doors. To warm up the look, concrete Caesarstone countertops were installed in two different thicknesses: 1 1/4″ around the perimeter, and 2 1/2″ on the peninsula with a nice waterfall design to finish the side. To harmonize the overall look, grey tiles were installed on the floor of the kitchen, main entry and powder room to provide visual continuity.

Pendant lights and ceramic tile back-splash match the vast granite counters tile flooring in the kitchen, creating the pleasing high contrast counter-play with deep stained wooden cabinets.

Simplicity. Standard cabinets that blend well with the melamine countertops and custom shelving near the fridge area, as well as a neat wine rack. The design isn’t over the top and blends well with the homeowners taste and family.

In this kitchen our client wanted to make the most of their cabinetry space by maximizing the internal cabinetry accessories. The space is accentuated by its function. All the colors and textures are neutral and kept to a minimum while each cabinet has been carefully designed to have a specific role within this functional kitchen.

White wall and base cabinets wrap around the room nicely creating ample amounts of storage. The previous wall separating the dining room from the kitchen now hosts a large counter top space that introduces a sit-down area for two stools. Glossy white tiles are used as the back splash that create a nice flow between the cabinets and quartz counter top.
The cabinets are equipped with under mount lighting and some use glass doors to showcase elegant kitchen items.
